Strengthening Institutional Visibility & Business Community Engagement
CONTEXT
The Canada-Portugal Chamber of Commerce (CPCC) plays a strategic role in strengthening economic, institutional and business relations between Canada and Portugal, positioning itself as a platform for dialogue, collaboration and international business development.
In an increasingly competitive institutional and digital landscape, CPCC sought to reinforce its visibility, modernise its communication approach and strengthen engagement with both existing and prospective members of the business community.
CHALLENGE
The main challenge focused on increasing CPCC’s institutional visibility and digital relevance within an ecosystem already occupied by highly established organisations and business networks.
At the same time, it was essential to create a communication approach capable of balancing institutional credibility with a more accessible, dynamic and community-oriented tone — reinforcing trust while increasing proximity and engagement with audiences across LinkedIn and newsletter channels.
A further objective involved creating a more structured and recognisable visual and editorial identity capable of supporting long-term growth, consistency and positioning.
OBJECTIVE
Development of a strategic communication and digital positioning framework designed to strengthen CPCC’s institutional presence and engagement within the Portuguese-Canadian business ecosystem. The communication strategy focused not only on increasing visibility, but also on reinforcing CPCC’s positioning as a trusted and active business community platform connecting Portugal and Canada.
